Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to call you back, we keep it private, and we never sell it.

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email if you give it.
- Your county and the best time to call.
- The answers you choose in our forms, such as your child’s age range or the kind of care you’re asking about.
- For job applicants: your license number, experience and any résumé you upload.
What we don’t collect
- Medical records. We never ask for them online.
- Social Security numbers.
- Anything you type into One Day of Care or The 21 Clock, unless you choose to send your summary with a callback request.
How we use and store it
We use your details to call you back about care or a job. Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled system that only Ava staff can open. We don’t sell your information or use it to target ads.
Ads and analytics
If we run ads, we record only that a form was started or sent. We never pass your answers, your child’s age or health details to ad platforms.
Delete your information
Call (404) 905-7699 and ask us to delete what you sent. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
HIPAA and patient privacy
For families in our care, we comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect all Protected Health Information (PHI). We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and PHI is used only for treatment, payment and healthcare operations. See HIPAA.
